Kevin installed two furnaces in a tiny cramped space on our humble home and our air quality has never been better. I know that this is not quite an easy job and it was a grueling job and they got it done. I asked Kevin if they’re legit and they are, Kevin is a Licensed and Certified Lennox Technician. It was very comforting knowing the experts and professional were doing the job.

I called the company informing them that I’d like to have a quote for my split units. Kevin called and came to our house. It felt like he was honest and I could trust him to the work on my unit. You know, given how little I knew about air conditioning, it was really a good experience because he explains everything, list down options, and what they’re doing. He gave me quote and came few days to install. The work was fast and neat, he even followed up the next day just to make sure that everything is well.

I am writing to commend Rudden for contracting such a conscientious vendor in Congressional Heating & Cooling, and in particular, Kevin and Troy. While I was not present when they arrived (on time I might add, which is greatly appreciated!), my daughter was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, courteousness, and efficiency in diagnosing, then fixing the problem with my thermostat. I now have heat again.
I’ve had to have a couple of visits from your vendors since my tenancy began, and each of them has been just great—timely and knowledgeable in their field. Please know that I am grateful at how responsive you’ve been to each of these requests, especially this one, since I am nursing a very bad cold right now.

Kevin – I just want to drop you note saying how pleased we are with the new duct system. The system is working great and there is now heat in our son’s room.
I got in the attic and the quality of work looks really nice and your guys also cleaned everything up each day. The guys did a great job!
